As our Client, we extend to you the following Service Performance Guarantees:

	Upon conducting a confidential review of your lease; if we cannot identify at least four (4) areas that can save you money and help improve matters for your benefit, then our Lease Review services will be absolutely FREE!
	Upon searching for your new or replacement business premises; if we cannot, in a period of 30 business days, find you the most suitable location for your business (anywhere within North America), then our Site Selection services will be absolutely FREE!
	Upon negotiating a lease exiting arrangement for your company; if we cannot secure an early termination of your lease, acceptable to both you and your landlord, then our Exit Negotiating services will be absolutely FREE!
	Upon our auditing of your landlord's charges/ overcharges (hidden or otherwise); if we cannot recover for you at least five (5) times the cost of our service fee, then our Lease Auditing services will be absolutely FREE!
